The Process

We offer a unique and comprehensive service from initial assessment to project delivery

STAGE 1

Feasibility 

Using our unique benchmarking tool, EOPortal, we complete a desktop study to confirm your eligibility and the feasibility of the installations.
STAGE 2

Survey

We carry out a free, no-obligation survey of your school to assess your exiting lighting installation and potential for PV panels.
STAGE  3

Proposal

We design LED and/or PV schemes to suit your school and calculate the projected savings.
STAGE 4

Funding

Less Is More Capital provide the funding for the recommended installations through an Operating Lease which has been approved by external audit as being compliant with the academies financial handbook.
STAGE 5

Delivery

Our independent project managers and approved suppliers manage the installation on your behalf ensuring minimal disruption to the operation of the school.
STAGE 6

Operation

The school benefits from reduced carbon emissions, a better teaching environment and reduced energy costs. The operating lease payments are serviced through the savings in energy costs.
STAGE 7

Warranty

The equipment carries a comprehensive warranty which matches or exceeds the duration of the funding.  Any problems with the installations are dealt with at no cost to the school under the terms of the lease.
STAGE 8

Surplus

We will only fund installations that are projected to generate a financial surplus. The school must spend this surplus on activities that improve educational outcomes of disadvantaged children in line with our social mission.
